 PANA CHEMICAL COMPANY LIMITED was established 35 years ago, as a sales
agent of MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC WORKS, selling the most kind of plastic prime
virgin materials. At the same time, we started recycling EPS (Expanded
Polystyrene) by installing over 1,700 EPS recycling machines throughout
the country and we have been purchasing over 3,000 metric tons of those
processed PS blocks from those sites on monthly basis. We also purchase
4,000 metric tons of other kind of plastic materials monthly, which makes
a total handling amount of 7,000 metric tons on monthly basis (as many
as 300 forty feet containers and this is one of the biggest in the country).
This very unique system has been adopted by over 2,000 companies, including
those big enterprises. From a plastic trader's point of view, we have always
been trying to turn scrap into recyclable material by the most economical
way. We also can provide the most cost effective recycling solutions, and
the most economical suggestion of those recycling machines, which meets
a requirement by the law. Through over 30 years of our activity, we has
been awarded gthe recycle promotion council chairman's award by the recycle
promotion councilh for our contribution to recycling PANA CHEMICAL COMPANY
LIMITED has also been introduced on many different medias, such as NHK,
NIKKEI SHINBUN, and WHITE PAPER FREOM MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND INDUSTRIES.
