it's now 35 years since we commenced operations as a recycling company.
During that time We have continued to add to our growing knowledge and
expertise in the purchase of recyclable plastics and have applied our extensive
experience to develop a range of high quality and efficient recycling machines.
It is widely acknowledged that we are the leaders in the provision of systems
for the recovery of Styroform(EPS) which is bulky and because of the high
volume to weight ratio expensive to handle,butwe at Pana Chemical have
provided the solution.We have developed over 2000 recycling sites utilising
our technology and we prosess and export 65,000 tons of material for return
as other plastic artefacts.As a small but dedicated company we at Panachemical
are committed to providing environmentally friendly solutions for the handing
of waste plastics.Styrofoam Recycling
As a result of the second "oil shortage"in 1978,whilst continuing
or involvement in the recovery of other plastics Panachemical then became
involved in providing solutions for the recycling of EPS.The high cost
and scarcity of other plastics resulted in Styrofoam(EPS) becoming increasingly
popular.With incineration then being the only method of disposal of the
very high volumes of this material which arose
particularly at the largest wholesale market in Japan (Tukiji) in Tokyo,using
our considerable experience we established a recyclin system at that location,and
commenced the development of Styrofoam recycling machinary.Foam our initial operation in March 1978 we have received many awrds fom various bodies,and in 1984 received special
recognition with the premier award from the "Recycle Promotion Organisation"
in Japan.By 1999 we had collected and recycled 30,000 tons of EPS,and our market share is now more than 80% and continues to grow year on year.
