EPS volume reduction system "ECOLOBO ACE" is composed of a crusher, a stock tank and a melter.High performance crusher is three shafted and capable of crushing the material in no time.Crushed material is kept in a stock tank.Material then melted by frictional heat in a melter not direct heat source, therefore, it is very safe model.Processing temperature is controlled at its minimum to melt Polystyrene, therefore, no risk of explosion.Because of low temperature processing, almost no odor is generated. However, "ECLOBO ACE" is fitted with an active carbon deodorizer as standard.

• The machines can recycle Styrofoam at a rate of 50 to 400 kg per hour depending on the model. The machines are designed for energy saving and total self-performance.
• Recycling lines may be laid out freely due to the independent crashing and reducing units.
• The machines do not require any heat units as the Styrofoam is recycled by frictional heat.
• The machines do not generate any smokes or fumes as the Styrofoam is recycled at a low temperature of 120°Ｃ.
• The machines can effectively recycle materials despite being recycled by friction heat.
